to advance God's kingdom locally and globally through ministries that equip
women to connect, serve, learn, and reach out with the Gospel of Jesus
Christ.
Covenant Women's Retreat
An
annual fall event at Alpine Camp and Conference Center. Information
regarding this year's retreat will be posted as it becomes
available.
Women’s Book Club
Consider the pleasure and challenge of reading a book each month and then
discussing it.
At the
September
meeting, women talk about the books they've read during the
summer and then make book selections for the group to read for
the coming year.
It's a good place to get
acquainted for newcomers and old-comers alike. Plus! you receive
a discount at Vroman's for each month's selection.
Meetings are the 4th Monday of the month, 7:30
PM, at the Corner House.

MOCS (Mothers of College
Students)
MOCS meets the third Thursday of
each month to pray for their children, college age or older.
Outside prayer requests are welcome.
Meetings are at 7 PM at

PATKIPS (Parents and Teachers of Kids in Public Schools)
PATKIPS meets quarterly at the Corner House at 7:00 PM for
information, support and intercessory prayer for teachers, schools
and kids. All are welcome.

Sarah Circle
Sarah Circle meets the 3rd
Tuesday of the month from September through June, from 9:30 AM -
noon.
In the comfortable setting of
the Fireside Room, women work together to make baby quilts for
church families,
make banners for Church of the Redeemer,
cut and roll bandages for the Congo, and collect
Campbell's soup labels, postage stamps and prescription glasses for
mission causes.
Each meeting, Sarah Circle
focuses on what God is doing in other parts of the world by having
speakers and seeing films. They also pray faithfully for
missionaries and send birthday cards and a magazine subscription.
All women are welcome including moms with infants/toddlers.

Babysitting Co-op
An opportunity for parents of young children (12 and younger)
to have one date every other
month without children. This is accomplished by trading babysitting
duties. For more information email

Mums and Buds
"Mums" and their children
will gather together in the nursery for a time of singing, dancing
and story time (9:00-9:30 a.m.). Children will then have time for
free play with caregivers while mothers spend a spiritual time of
encouragement and support in a discussion group. The range of topics
include "Finding Time for Self-care" and "Myths of the Super-mom".
Mothers with infants to school age children are welcome.
Mums and Buds meets every
2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the
nursery.
Cost is $25 for first child
and $5 for second child with caregivers. Scholarships are available.
